I ate two PBJ’s this day so i had so much fuel to do anything! this was a great run on a new part of Moraga Trails i tried. afterwards i went to the gym to workout and sauna…again, very fueled.

Moraga Trails

this was my first morning run on a different part of the moraga trails. i usually just go to the part that starts directly behind my house but decided that i would drive out to a different part and run that because the part i usually do is all uphill for the first part which is too intense for the beginning of a morning run for me. i thought this one went well. although i was pretty pooped from the bike ride the night before

Hi, I just joined the Sweat365 community

I’m a woman from Moraga CA USA, born in 1986.

My goals are: Run a half marathon , my first ever, in my hometown in 5 months from TODAY

My other favorite activities include: Dancing!.

I’ve never ran more than 3 miles at one time so running a half marathon is going to be an extreme and exciting challenge

This is my training blog which I am using to keep track of my fitness progress.

Weird run

I’ve ran longer distances in the same amount of time. Lately i’ve been running 2 miles in about 20 minutes. On this day, i had only 30 minutes to warm up, run, cool down, and shower so i could go to church on time with my fam yet somehow i took my sweet ol time

Run to the gym - antelope

I ran to the gym. pretty much a slight incline and then a steeper incline and finally a sweet descent. i struggled. this whole month is going to be a struggle until i gain my cardiovascualr strength back

Biking Tuesdays 7/1

Me and my roomate biked to Whole Foods in Walnut Creek (we also made a stop for frozen yogurt). we didn’t make it the whole way back because her chain broke. it was already SUPER dark out and moraga is NOT a well lit town, especially not on the trails so we didnt ride the last half mile and got a ride home from a friend. Someone should always have cell phone!
